Moving Mons

description
Beginning at Mond train station, this rewarding circular ride weaves through the quiet villages and gentle countryside of the Borinage and Hainaut. From Nimy, the route dips south through Masnuy-Saint-Jean and Montignies-lez-Lens before reaching the tranquil abbey grounds near Cambron-Saint-Vincent and Cambron-Casteau. Continuing through Bauffe and Villerot, riders pass into the green borderlands approaching Hautrage-État and Saint-Ghislain. Crossing into Boussu, the route joins the L98 trail, threading through Onnezies and the charming Franco-Belgian frontier villages of Gussignies and Blaugies. After Petit-Dour and Wasmes, the ride sweeps home through Cuesmes and back into the historic heart of Mons.
