Start at the velodrome in Lummen, passing the lakes and camp site, joining the Kempen VL cycle path, but avoiding Winterslag. This winds itself to Eisden before a turn north along the river. Stick to the river for 40k until Roermond. Now turn west and the open, flat countryside (wind?) to Bocholt, then north of Pelt and Lommel. On the turn back south there's a waterside cafe. A cyclepath bring the route back to the start. An easy flat ride!
